Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every plan includes a free trial, 14 days on most and 30 on Enterprise. We take your card when you sign up and charge nothing until the trial ends, so your shop keeps running the day it does rather than stopping. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
Are there any transaction fees?
Pro and Enterprise plans have zero platform transaction fees. Starter and Growth plans include a small platform fee on card sales (1.5% and 1% respectively). Offline payments carry no platform fee at all, so cheques, purchase orders, bank transfers and cash over the counter are free on every plan. All plans are subject to standard processing fees from your chosen payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe for subscription billing.
